It’s been 21 years since former North Carolina Governor Mike Easley signed HB 392 into law, raising the state’s Alcohol by Volume (ABV) limit for beer from 6% to 15%. Fullsteam founder and owner Sean Lilly Wilson organized that movement, allowing brewers across the state to offer a much wider variety of products to beer drinkers.
