WELCOME TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
For decades, the American Tobacco Campus and the City of Durham were one of the busiest industrial centers in the country, shipping products around the world. The end of the tobacco industry in Durham put the Bull City in a position to re-invent itself. That process got off to a blazing start right here.
Working together, local government and private sector leaders re-made the former American Tobacco factory, developed the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and opened the stunning Durham Performing Arts Center (all located on the campus), rejuvenating this unique city and setting a new live-work-play standard.

Fast forward 20 years, and we’ve built a community attracting millions of guests each year for everything from wedding celebrations to meetings and baseball to Broadway.
DURHAM BULLS ATHLETIC PARK
Experience the magic of the Durham Bulls, the world’s most famous Minor League Baseball team, located just steps away from the American Tobacco Campus. As the Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, the Bulls bring top-tier talent and high-energy International League action to the heart of Downtown Durham.
Since 1995, the iconic Durham Bulls Athletic Park (DBAP) has been our neighbor, offering a world-class ballpark experience right in our backyard. Whether you’re grabbing a pre-game brew at one of our many restaurants, or heading over for the legendary post-game fireworks, the roar of the crowd is the true heartbeat of our district.

Durham’s dynamic downtown is a national marvel, from buzzing Main St. to Duke University to our museums and much more.

BAY 7
Once a tobacco warehouse, the award-winning Bay 7 (managed by the Angus Barn) offers 10,000 SF of flexible space for parties, conferences, weddings, and more, with panoramic windows, hardwood floors, and a balcony.
Miracle League Stadium
The Miracle League of the Triangle uses baseball to create positive life experiences for individuals with special needs and volunteers. The organization’s latest field is adjacent to the Campus.
