October 2, 2015 —  Due to the cancellation of the FOX 50 Family Fest and the Great American Tobacco Duck Race, a random Sweepstakes drawing will take place. No refunds will be given. Ducks will be on sale through October 11, 2015 at 11:59 pm.

Three (3) Corporate Duck Winners and three (3) People Duck Winners will be chosen by a random sweepstakes drawing which will occur from all eligible entries on or around October 12th and announced on either the 4:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. FOX 50 newscast which will take place at WRAZ-TV FOX 50 Studios, 2619 Western Blvd. Raleigh, NC and on www.Fox50.com. Ducks will remain the property of WRAZ-TV FOX 50 and will be donated to area non-profits.
